Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. shipping can take 7-10 business days before receiving a tracking number. However we usually take 3-5.

If your package is lost or stolen after being delivered to the post office or your home Key Toyz Bargaining cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, If your package is damaged, you will receive a refund on products or items will be resent based on eligibility. If you are making an international order please note we use USPS! once a package leaves Miami to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You . will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. if you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender we do have a re-shipping fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. If You Do NOT want to pay the reshipping fee we can issue you a partial refund we will deduct $5 service and handling fee and you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the USPS and if your product was sent out or scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.
